Garry & Nathan Spices started from our passion to share the uniquely rich and  colorful flavors of the West Indian islands with everyone. That need organically grew into the creation of our G&N custom line of seasoning blends to serve restaurants looking to accomplish the same goal, getting great-tasting Caribbean food to the masses.  

 Through our distribution network, we are able to get our customers the authentic Caribbean seasonings and products they need anywhere in the United States and Canada. We pride ourselves on the timely delivery of your orders, keeping your storeroom stocked, and allowing your business to serve that consistently delicious flavour that your clientele keeps coming back for.

  With over 20 years in the restaurant industry and servicing some the biggest Caribbean restaurants in the country, G&N spices has the experience to provide insights and guidance in foodservice operations and business management.
